Spring Mill Distillery

Spring Mill Distillery is located in the former Allan's Mill Distillery building complex.  Restored and brought back to life by John Sleeman, the Spring Mill Distillery honours time-tested tradition, including copper Forsyth stills from Scotland.  Even the name "Spring Mill" is part of the Sleeman family legacy.

Learn more - join us for a historical tour, followed by refreshments and a sample from the house at the Ward Bar, Guelph's newest hot spot.
